ANODIZING

Anodizing is a surface coating process applied to aluminum products. The anodized layer is very hard and abrasion-resistant.

Anodizing gives extra quality to the aluminum, while preventing oxidation by protecting aluminum against external factors.

And also, Anodizing enables aluminum a more decorative appearance that makes aluminum more appealing.

In our latest technology anodizing facility with a capacity of 5,000 tons, longitudinal profiles from 5 -25 mt. are processed under the control of international Qualanod and TSE standards. 

We manufacture our products with high quality   thanks to our fully automated systems used in our facility.

We reply quickly to customer demands, and have resilience to handle customer demands which may come instantly.

Prior to coating we are able to get alternative views with sanding and polishing surface of aluminum. Coatings are made in different colors in our color pools in our factory that gives us a competitive edge, and differentiates us among our competitors   .

In our factory, we work with very sensitive and high appearance of aluminum (High Gloss) we make anodized coating for profiles up to 5 mt in our facility.
