Electrostatic Powder Paint  is a kind of coating process on aluminum. In order to increase the adhesion of the paint to the surface of the aluminum material, the aluminum material is first cleaned with chemical pretreatments, and then chromated and dried at last goes to the  coloring process. It is then stained in Corona or Tribo and baked at 200 ° C. These operations allow Alüminyum to acquire countless alternative color and pattern views.

Our Electrostatic Powder Coating facility has 2,000 m2 closed area ,and is equipped with the latest technology with 2,400 tons /year capacity.

In our facility we can paint aluminum which has maximum of 7.5m length and a diameter of 0,3m and a width of 1.5m.

With our electrostatic powder coating facility, 2,400 tons of material can be painted annually.

With international standards we produce aluminum profiles according to RAL colors and colors which customers request.
